Gospel of Glory’s Focus for the New Season

Over the last twenty five years, my focus has been to empower the Body of Christ by equipping Christian leaders, with special emphasis on pastors, in every strategic region of the world as well as mentoring and discipling emerging young leaders.
However, in this new season, our passion is to focus on transformational leaders with kingdom knowledge and core values to bring about lasting societal transformation both in the context of church and the marketplace through the revelation of biblical leadership principles and personal impartation for the full manifestation of His glory. (Isa. 58:12 & 40:3-5).

In the past I have worked with executive and general leadership of churches, denominations and NGOs, as well as the corporate sector. In this next season, Our wish to concentrate on transformational leaders, leaders of various ages who have the calling, gifting and character to make a significant impact on society for the kingdom of God in the developing and developed world.
Our missionis to develop, equip and empower leaders among the nations to serve God’s purpose and impact their generation.  In other words, to help them understand the seasons, discern His will, and respond to the cry of their generation by:

• Providing relevant and appropriate biblical leadership training workshops and seminars for church leadership on renewal of vision & purpose
• Declaring His Glory among the nations by empowering the Body of Christ for greater impact
• Establishing a Leadership Accountability Network to support and mentor 300 emerging leaders, in strategic regions of the world, in understanding their calling and developing their character to be effective change agents.
• Providing biblically sound and culturally-relevant materials in the form of books & training materials for ongoing leadership effectiveness. 

For example:  “Leadership Journey” – How to start right and finish well, “Leading for Kingdom Impact” – How to apply fivefold ministries to leadership to maximize impact, “Spiritual Accountability” – How to establish the right alignment for long term character development process, “Restoring the Altar” – How to maintain anointing through ongoing worship and fellowship with God in order to move from glory to glory,   “Put Your Heart Above Your Head” - How to balance authority with humility to live an exemplary life,  “God’s Questions For Leaders” – How to have quality of character through ongoing personal transformation, “This is the Generation”  - How to reach prophetic destiny & open the door for the King of Glory and etc.

Our overall vision is moving leaders out of the ordinary into an extraordinary place of working with God to correct the past, establish a standard of excellence, and shape the future for sustainable transformation of churches, Christian ministries, businesses and society at large.
